What is your standard shipping policy?

We offer standard ground shipping on all domestic orders, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

How do I process a return or exchange?

You can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or visit any Downeast retail location.

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. Because we curate a variety of styles, we recommend checking the 'Fit & Fabric' section for notes on whether an item runs true to size.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Downeast ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our reach in the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Our team works quickly to fulfill orders, so there is a very limited window for changes. Please contact our customer support team within one hour of placing your order for the best chance of modification.
